| Monograph on Padma Sachdeva released | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, March 24: In a well attended function, the Academy of Art, Culture and Languages released a monograph on the life and times of noted Dogri litterateur, Padma Sachdeva.
Written in Dogri language the monograph is the first of a series of such monographs which are being brought out by the Cultural Academy in recognition of contributions of doyen’s of Dogri literature over the decades.
Commenting on the monograph secretary Cultural Academy, Zafar Iqbal Manhas said that he was glad that the process of releasing monographs on the life and times of great Dogri literary and cultural figures had begun.
As part of the function Prof. Nirmal Vinod read an extensive paper on the life of Padma Sachdeva while editor Dogri, Brij Mohan conducted the programme proceedings.
