The junior engineers of civil, electrical and mechanical wing staged a protest at irrigation complex, Jammu against the illegal confinement of Ishrat Baba of irrigation Div. Condemning the high headedness of police authorities in dealing the official and implicating him in a false case, despite of his innocence, they resolved that all the development work shall be suspended till the concerned junior engg. is released.
They members demanded impartial probe in the matter and sough immediate release of the concerned junior engg.
