| PHE employees united front discusses problems | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Mar 25 : The meeting of the PHE Employees United Front was held here today to discuss in threadbare the pending demands of the employees and the problem being faced by the employees during duty hours.
In the meeting, the post agitation scenario has also been discussed and it has been observed that the government has failed to implement the agreed demands of the employees in time frame and delaying tactics adopted by the higher authority will not be tolerated more.
The front has decided that if the state government particularly the PHE Administrative department fails to implement the demands of the employees by March 28, the front will organize massive protest demonstration on March 29 in the office complex of Chief Engineer PRE Department B.C. Road Jammu in support of the long pending demands of the employees such as release of 1 ½ day's exgratia pay and the release of wages to all sorts of workers at enhance rate RS.125/- per day etc.
The Central leaders of the PHE Employees United Front present included Subash Chander Verma, Vijay Luthra, Rattan Dohsi, Swaran Singh, Kulwant Singh, Raman Kumar, Sharma, Kartar Dubey, Ravi Kumar, Manzoor Ali others.
