| Motivational tour organized under Operation Sadbhavana | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Mar 25: Numberous projects have been undertaken by The Ace of Spade Division of Army located at Rajouri under Op Sadbhavana for the development of the region and upliftment of the local populace.
As a part of these efforts, the Kalsian Battalion of Naoshera Brigade organized a Motivational Tour for the Senior Citizens from Mar 14 to Mar 25. During this tour 16 Senior Citizens of the Naoshera Tehsil visited Jhansi, Agra and Delhi.
The aim of this tour was to provide an opportunity to the Senior Citizens of this remote region to visit historical places of interest and witness the growth and development which accompanies peace and prosperity in the country.
With the motto of “Desh ko dekhen, Desh ko janen, Kan - kan ko hum apna maanen”, the entourage was flagged off on 14 Mar 11 by the General Officer Commanding, Ace of Spades Division and flagged in by Deputy Commander Naoshera Brigade on 25 Mar 2011.
