Baba sent to 4-day police remand | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Mar 25: The alleged supari killer Sunny Baba was today sent by chief judicial magistrate (CJM) M S Parihar to four days police remand. Baba, who was arrested by police from Jhajjar Kotli on March 15 last, was today produced before CJM who sent him to four days police remand. He was alleged to have been hired by jailed Nagar Choudhary alias Nago to eliminate witnesses in the Amandeep murder case.Nago and his son Raja are accused in the Amandeep murder. Both of them were lodged in the Kot-Bhalwal jail. Meanwhile, sources said jail superintendent Mirza Salim Beigh was also remanded to police custody for four days.He was arrested yesterday from railway station here. He was alleged to have arranged meetings of Nago with alleged supari killers over phone from inside the jail when he was superintendent of Kot-Bhalwal jail. He was transferred to the Udhampur district jail some time back.
