| Seminar on Women Empowerment held | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
KATHUA, Mar 26: A Seminar on women empowerment was held today at R.E.R.F. Elementry Teachers Training Institute Changran Kathua.
A large number of audiences particularly the women numbering about 150 from the surrounding villages were also present on this occasion.
The Chairperson of Institute Prof. Indira Rathore in her address highlighted the role of women in the transformation of society and the need to empower them for better health of a nation and the world at large.
