| Annual meet of IQAC of GCW, Parade held | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Mar 26: Annual Meeting of the IQAC of Govt. College for Women Parade Ground, Jammu was held wherein Professor Sham Lal Gupta, Director Colleges, Higher Education Department, J&K, Professor M.R Puri, former Vice Chancellor, Jammu University, Professor Rajeev Gupta, Director, Colleges Development, University of Jammu, Professor Meenakshi Kilam, Director, Distance Education, University of Jammu, Prof. Chanchal Dogra, Former Principal MAM College, Jammu, participated as members of the Advisory Board of IQAC of the college. All the Internal members of the College IQAC were also present in the meeting.
Principal of the College Dr. Kiran Bakshi welcomed the Guests and shared the achievements and multifarious activities of the College IQAC which included the Introduction and background of the Accreditation process, vision, mission and objectives, recent milestones and future plans.
Dr. M. S Pathania, Co-ordinator IQAC gave a power point presentation of the activities and achievements of the College IQAC during the current session. He stressed on the objective of the meeting which aimed at seeking suggestions from the advisory committee for further improvement.
The members of the College IQAC who are in charges of different criteria for NAAC assessment presented a brief report about the various aspects of the criteria in the meeting. The members of the advisory board put forward their valuable suggestions for enrichment of each criterion.
