| Secretary spells out status of Bills in LC | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Mar 26: Secretary Legislative Council, Mohammad Ashraf Mir today read out message in the House, informing about the status of the Bills passed by the Assembly on March 25, 2011 for consideration of Legislative Council.
These Bills include Jammu and Kashmir Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management( Amendment) Bill, 2011 (L.A Bill No. 1 of 2011, Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services ( Special Provisions) Amendment) Bill, 2011 ( L.A. Bill No. 2 of 2011), Jammu and Kashmir Registration of Tourist Trade ( Amendment) Bill, 2011 (L.A Bill No. 3 of 2011), Jammu and Kashmir Prohibition of Ragging Bill, 2011 ( L.A Bill No. 4 of 2011), Motor Vehicles( Jammu and Kashmir Amendment) Bill 2011 (L.A Bill No. 5 of 2011, and Jammu and Kashmir Public Services Guarantee Bill 2011 ( L. A Bill No. 6 of 2011).
