| Grameen Bank team meets J&K bank chairman | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Mar 26: Executive committee members of Jammu and Kashmir Grameen Bank Officers' Association (JKGBOA) under the leadership of its President Randhir Singh Billawaria called on Chairman and CEO of J&K Bank at his office at J&K Bank.
In an hour long meeting held under a very warm and cordial atmosphere, leadership of JKGBOA apprised the Chairman, J&K Bank about the issues confronting staff and J&K Grameen Bank which needs resolution from the Sponsor Bank. Long pending issues related to "Other Allowances" & "Staff Promotion" was deliberated at length including the support required from J&K Bank to take J&K Grameen Bank on fast growth path.
Chairman & CEO J&K Bank who is endowed with great financial & administrative acumen gave a patient hearing, appreciated the work being done by the management & staff of the J&K Grameen Bank against all odds and assured to address the genuine concerns of the staff as well as Grameen Bank. He further stated that it will be ensured that J&K Bank & J&K Grameen Bank will supplement each other by working in tandem in pursuit of business growth.
