Forest graduates threaten to go on fast-unto-death
3/28/2011 10:47:27 PM
EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Mar 28 : The agitating forest graduates today threatened to go for fast-unto-death if their demands are not met at the earliest.
In a handout here today, these forest graduates expressed concern over the non-implementation of Rehbr- e-Janglaat. They said that despite assurances by concerned minister Mian Altaf recently on the floor of legislative Assembly, nothing concrete has been done so far.
They demanded that all forestry technocrats be recruited under the new scheme Rehber-e-Janglaat on the pattern of R-e-T.
They, meanwhile, warned the government that they will come to roads if their genuine demand is not met soon.
