| Most ETT institutes running in Kathua are illegal: Secretary JKBOSE | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
KATHUA, MAR 29: Most of the ETT institutes are running illegally in district Kathua and with a motive to plunder the money from innocent students of out of state and making the mockery of education at large scale. As per the statement of JKBOSE secretary Sheikh Bashir Ahmad in an interview with correspondent of eT the every ETT institute has to full fill the settled norms of both government and Board to run the ETT institute, no multiple institute can be run together in a single premises, and to run the ETT the quit separate and specified dimension of the room and building is basic requirement, he said that no ETT class can be run in any kind of Rice mils, or any building which is constructed for any other purpose.
He further said that the ETT institute if any running without norms and rules would be booked for its closure and a strict action would also be taken against such management and person who run the ETT without completing norms and rules. But the situation of ETT institutes are quit different and surprising in district kathua where most of the ETT institutes has created anarchy and murdered the ethics and values of the education. These institute are running with collaboration of the JKBOSE in rice mills, high, and higher secondary schools and even the single staff is used to function the ETT classes, and most the ETT institute are never conducted the class system, they satisfy the ETT students without attending the regular classes and plundered the healthy money from students to provide this facility to conduct only the examination once a year and this black business is open in kathua with the full cooperation of the JKBOSE. Because inspite of this massive corruption and loot by these ETT institutes it is never seen that the JKBOSE has inspected the ETT institutes and w2arned the ETT owner for not to plunder the money of innocent students.
The state government should frame a strong and authentic policy to make the check over the illegal function of ETT and the heavy loot by these ETT institutes if the government has to protect and bring the education at holy place by giving these looters a rigorous punishment. The secretary JKPCC S.Manohar Singh and the senior most leaders of Democratic Movement Ashok Khajuria, Surinder Sharma (Shindu), and Vijay Singh, the state urged the state government to conduct the vigilance inquiry of the both the owners of these ETT institutes and their masters JKBOSE who is playing a major role behind this massive loot in the ETT and the murder of the most pious values of education in kathua. They demanded the vulgar dances and other activities in these ETT institutes should also be stopped because the managements of these ETT institutes are exploiting and using the education as tool to plunder the money by showing the vulgar activities to please their masters of high profile who is playing major a role of back bone to flourishing the culture of illegal money on the name of education.
