A large number of Peoples Democratic Party workers today joined National Conference at a meeting organized by Ayudhya Gupta District Vice President Jammu Urban which was chaired by Chander Mohan Sharma District President NC Jammu Urban.
According to a party handout those who joined today included Keshav Chopra, Varun Sharma, Sahil Verma, Rajeev Sharma, Nitin Gupta, Rimpy Jamwal, Varun Gupta,Ravi Kumar, Sumit Gupta, Parshotam Kumar, Rakesh Sharma, Surinder Gupta, Rohit Gupta, Shiv Kumar, Harsh Sharma and Sanjeev .
Welcoming the entry of these workers into NC party fold, Sharma called upon them to work unitedly under the dynamic leadership of Dr Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah and strengthen the party.
On this occasion, Sharma also announced a Ward Committee for Ward NO 3 with Keshav Chopra as its President and Varun Sharma as Vice President. Sahil Verma, Rajeev Sharma were appointed as Joint Secretaries. The other members appointed include Nitin Gupta, Rimpy Jamwal and Varun Gupta.
