| Half-eaten by dogs, newborn's body found in Reasi | | | | JAMMU: The corpse of a newborn baby, partially eaten up by stray dogs, was today recovered from Ram Gali in ward No 4 of Reasi.The body was being eaten by dogs in Ram Gali when some passersby chased them away and brought the matter to the notice of police. The baby's legs and half of the stomach had been eaten up by the dogs, police sources said. The body remains were later removed by police to the mortuary of Reasi district hospital. Police had registered a case in this connection.On March 22 last also, a badly mutilated and half-eaten body of a newborn baby was recovered from the general bus stand area here. |
