JAMMU, Mar 30: After Speaker Mohammad Akbar Lone informed the House
that health commissioner R K Jeerath was attached for insulting MLA Lal Chand, NC's Saifullah Mir thanked him for a "prompt and just" action in the case.
"I am thankful to you. I think this has happened for the first time in the history of J&K legislature," Mir said."Farz nibhane mein mera thankful nahin hona chahiye," the speaker
replied.
