| VOJ presents challan against former Patwari in trap case | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Mar-31 :- Vigilance Organization today presented challan in the Court of Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu against Nissar Hussain S/o Atta Mohammad then Patwari Halqa Patrara Panjgran Tehsil & District Rajouri who was caught red-handed by the VOJ on September 29, 2010 while demanding and accepting Rs 3000/- bribe from one Poonchi Ram Ram S/o Sh Lal Dass for effecting an entry of land in the revenue record. The said land was gifted by the grandson of the complainant to his sister out of his own share duly registered in the Court of Sub Judge Rajouri.
After completion of investigation and sanctioned accorded from the competent authority, Today presented challan in the Court of Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu. JNFJNF/MARCH/31/2011/3
