| Mir walks out of House | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Apr 01: MLA Zahoor Ahmad Mir today walked out of the House when his question about the upgradation of a health institution at Khrew was not clubbed with that of Vikar Rasool which was taken up in the assembly.
In his question listed at serial No 2, Vikar had asked the government when it would open and upgrade health centres in Banihal constituency.
Mir's question was listed at serial No 25. When health minister Sham Lal was replying to Vikar's question, Mir rose to his feet and requested Speaker Mohammad Akbar Lone to also take up his question which was of similar nature.
When Lone did not reply in the affirmative, Mir staged a walkout in protest.
