teachers association strongly resented over the behavior of Education officer

BHADERWAH, NOV15
Various teachers association including all Jammu and Kashmir teachers association ,united teachers association ,united school teachers federation in a meeting held at Bhadarwah under the chairmanship of Shoket Ali Distt-President teachers association have strongly resented over the behavior of chief Education officer Doda who has been no listening the teachers problems ,a press release issued here said today .The recent detachment orders have not been implemented in letter and spirit as various DDOs have retained the teachers /Masters with the consent of CEO Doda after greasing his palms through some detachment committee members already constituted by the CEO Doda .
The speakers also said that some people are favoring the CEO Doda for their self interest and are giving wide publicity to the false achievements of concerned officer .Female teachers are at the verge of retirement are forced to serve in far flung areas where as they have already served in such areas and were transferred to there localities are considered teachers were forced to knock the doors of court for justice.
The speakers also rejected the review committee constituted by the CEO Doda on the direction Hon’ble High court for redressel of grievances; because of the facts the members inducted in this committee were involved in the detachment committee.
The speakers in the meeting urged upon the Chief Minister/Education minister to intervene personally and get the whole matter inquired through some impartial agency and redresses the grievances .they also demanded to frame clear cut transfer policy, fix transfer norms and provide relief to the teachers at the verge of retirement.
Those who addressed in the meeting were Irshad Ahmed ,Ashiq Hussain ,Mehboob Qazi ,Sajad Hussain ,Pardeep Parihar ,Anayatullah ,Shabir Ahmed and Akram Gerri and others the release said .
