| Chaari Mubarak Yatra taken out devotedly | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, April 2: Hundreds of people enthusiastically today accompanied the Chhari Mubarak Yatra taken out from ancient Mandir of Shri Ranbireshwar Ji , Shallamar Road for holy pilgrimage Purmandal.
This sacred Yatra is taken out on "Chater-Choudash" before commencement of the sacred "Navratras ", every year. Arrangements for this Yatra are made under the guidance of Jammu and Kashmir Dharmarth Trust, Chairman Trustee Maharaja Dr. Karan Singh Ji.
Led by Rishiban, Mahant Shallamar Mandir, the Chhari Mubark (Holly mace of lord Shiva) started Yatra amidst chanting of holy Vedic mantras and echoing slogans of Har -Har Mahadev and Jai Shiv Shanker.
President of the Trust, Thakur Divaker Singh performed special Puja of the Chhari Mubarak along with, Secretary, Ms. Vijay Gandotra, staff of the Dharmarth Trust and several devotees including prominent citizens, politicians and others.
Former Minister Thakur Gulchan Singh Charak was also present.
