| Puri condemns killing of NC activist in Tral | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Apr 2: People’s Union for Civil Liberties, J&K State, convenor Balraj Puri, condemned the killing of the National Conference activist in Tral in Pulwama district reportedly by militant of Hizb Mujahideen. Killing of an unarmed civilian for his political affiliations is a crime against humanity and worst form of human rights violation, he said. He also welcomed condemnation of the incident by senior separatist leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani and expected other political parties to do so.
