| Congress blunders again in J&K | | | EARLY TIMES
Jammu, Apr 3: Congress leadership has committed another blunder via-a-vis J&K by surrendering to the interest of the secessionist-National Conference in the selection of the candidates for six seats of the Legislative council where election are being held on April 13.
This was stated by Jammu and Kashmir Nartional Panthers Party chairman Bhim Singh in a statement issued here today.
The Congress has surrendered to the communal division of Kashmir and Jammu which has been the agenda of NC ever since it was created in 1931, he said.
All the four seats in the Rajya Sabha have gone to the Kashmiri Muslim members. Now the Congress leadership has sacrificed their own Kashmir Nationalist Muslims candidates to contest any of the three available seats from the Valley only to please NC -- the mother of terrorism, corruption and communalism in the Valley, Bhim Singh added.
The sitting MLA and foremost Congress leaders Abdul Ghani Vakil too was crucified because he never dittoed the NC plan for the implementation of Dixon plan to separate Kashmir from the Indian Union. All the three seats in the Valley were surrendered to NC besides one out of the two in Jammu.
“This was a small script on the Congress blunders dispatched to Sonia Gandhi advising her to read the writings on the wall of the history of Kashmir Congress which has lost all directions and roadmap that Indira Gandhi had prepared for the J&K Congress to make peoples oriented party by rubbishing out the opportunists and the secessionists from the party,” the statement read.
The Panthers Party supreme has suggested in his letter to the Congress Chief to wind up the present Congress Unit in J&K and reconstitute a fresh one with fresh blood committed to the cause of secularism, democracy and national integration.
