| Jammu in celebration mood after world cup win | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, April 3: The Fans here in Old Jammu city distributed Prasad amongst the people in celebration of victory over Sri-Lanka clinching World Cup title-2011.
On the occasion, Jammu East Assembly Constituency MLA Ashok Khajuria and MLA Nagotra Jugal Kishore were also present and distributed Prasad among the people over India’s victory.
“This is moment of honour, pride, proud and joy that we have the biggest title Cricket world i.e world cup”, Khajuria said, adding “Wish good luck to the Indian cricket team in future and expressed hope that Team India will continue its victory journey in future and brings laurel for India in International cricket events”.
He informed that during the World Cup, a hawan and special pooja were performed for victory of Team India and today with the victory of India, Prasad were distributed among the people as a part of celebration.
