| School teachers conference begins | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Apr 3:A two day long conference of J&K United School Teachers Association (USTA) commenced here today at Guru Ravi Dass Hall, Jammu.
The conference began under the presidium of Comrades Banarsi Dass, Sajjad Mirza and Sham Prasad Kesar where besides, sates leadership, leader of school teachers federation of India and leaders from Haryana also participated.
Comrade Ramesh Chand, Chairman Reception committee senior leader of NZIEA read the welcome address.
The open session was inaugurated by M Y Tarigami, MLA and sate president, CITU
Addressing the teaching community of the state Tarigami said that teachers across the world are considered as framers of mass option and vanguard of change. He hope that besides doing full justice with their professional duties.
Comrade Satya Paul Siwach, Treasurer, school teacher’s federation of India and leader of Haryan Adhyapak Sangh called upon the state Govt to concede the long- pending demands of regularize he contractual and Ret teachers without adopting dilly dallying tactics.
