Inter college sports meet concludes | | | EARLY TIMES Kathua 3 April, Three day inter college sports meet which was organized by the Rajiv Gandhi College of Education and Surya College of education concluded in the premises of the Rajiv Gandhi College of education Kathua. On the eve of closing ceremony a match of Kho-Kho was played between TDS and New Age College Billawar and later between Rajiv Gandhi College and Surya College. The final Kho-Kho match was won by Rajiv Gandhi College of education by beating the T.D.S College of education Kathua. On the occasion Saroop Chander Director new age group of colleges Billawar while addressing the students and sports participants said that sports activities are the fundamental law to keep the people and society both health and progressive. He also appreciated the organizers of the three day sports meet and the college which participated in the meet to enjoy the matches of different activities and said in sports no looser and no winners but to make the more and more attraction of the sports such norms are set after all the basic messages of the sports is only and only unity and integrity among the people. To address the occasion the principal.G.P Sachdev held vote of thank to all the staff members guests and students of different colleges and said that such sports activities are very necessary to keep the health of student sound and up to mark.
