| Sanskar Bharti celebrates beginning of New Year | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 4: Sanskar Bharti-Jammu-Kashmir-Ladakh an organization dedicated for to the promotion of fine arts in the country, organized a function at Abhinav theatre to celebrate New Year.
Indian folk music art institute and renowned singer Suraj Singh mesmerized the audience with their thrilling performances. Other than cultural programmes Dr. Chander Moli Raina, Chief orator of the Nav Varsh Abhinandan Samaroh threw light on the scientific and cultural importance of Indian Nav Varsh (Nav Varsh Pratipada Vikri sambat 2068)
Earlier the programme started with lightening of lamp by the Minister and other dignitaries. In his welcome address, Pt. Vachaspati Sharma laid stressed on the need of organizing such programmes for including Sanskaras in the coming generation. Minister for Revenue Raman Bhalla congratulated Sanskar Bharti for organizing the programme.
Vote of thanks was presented by Puran Chander Sharma while the programme was compared by Kapil, Mantir, Sanskar Bharti Jammu-Kashmir – Ladakh.
