| HC orders promotions of different cadres | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Apr 05: The high court ordered promotions of different cadres here today.
According to an order issued by registrar general J R Kotwal, deputy registrars -- Nisar Ahmed Khan and K K Wattal -- are promoted as joint registrars with relaxation in qualification. Secretary
Mohammad Latif Beigh is promoted as joint registrar subject to the outcome of a writ petition.
Secretary Mushtaq Ahmed Bench is also promoted as joint registrar.
Assistant registrars (grade-I) Azad Ahmad Wani, Mohammad Arif Dar, Ghulam Mohammad Parray and Haroon Rashid Lone, assistant registrar (grade-II) Sansar Chand (SC) and assistant registrar (grade-I)
Haroon Rashid Bhat are promoted as deputy registrars in relaxation of qualification.
Private secretaries Syed Ayaz Hussain and Qazi Amjad Yousuf are promoted as secretaries. Readers -- Saima Maqbool and Onkar Raina -- are promoted as bench secretaries with relaxation in experience.
Assistant registrars (grade-I) HP Ram Pal, Satish Kumar, Ajeet Kumar Kher, Permod Kumar, Nisar Ahmed Malik, Kuldeep Singh Jamwal and Aftab Ahmed are promoted as assistant registrars (grade-I).Naresh
Kumar, senior scale stenographer, is promoted as private secretary by giving relaxation in experience.
