| INTERLOCUTORS YET TO SUBMIT INTERIM REPORT | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, April 6: Notwithstanding their announcement at Jammu on February 23, 2011 to submit the interim report within two weeks, the New Delhi’s nominated Interlocutors on Jammu Kashmir have failed to live up to their commitment.
Though an attempt has been made to explain the undue delay in submitting the report but the people by and large have refused to get fooled by excuses put forth by the Interlocutors.
The Interlocutors stated last week that the delay happened because of Cricket diplomacy, assembly elections in various states and lack of consensus in Kashmir.
Pertinent to mention, the Interlocutors submitted a routine report in March after concluding their visit to the state. .
