Kathua, Apr 6: Police Wednesday foiled a bovine smuggling bid and recovered 12 bovines from a truck at Lakhanpur. Police sources said acting on a tip-off, police laid a naka at akhanpur and intercepted a truck (JK02W-3833).During its checking, cops recovered 12 bovines from it. While the
truck was seized, the driver fled the spot. Police had registered a case in this connection.
