RAJOURI, April 07: Department of Applied Mathematics women and MBA men clinched the badminton titles in the ongoing inter-department sports meet of the Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU), here today.
In all, six teams participated in badminton event played on knock-out basis. In women’s final, Applied Mathematics trounced MBBT 2-0 (21-17, 21-16) to claim the winners’ trophy. Later, in men’s title clash, MBA defeated MCA 2-1 (21-15, 18-21, 21-14).
