| Seminar on ‘prevention of law’ organised | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
ANANTNAG, April 7: National Society for Human Welfare, Tuesday organized a one day seminar regarding ‘prevention of law’ in Dak Bungalow Khanabal Anantnag in which a large number of prominent politicians, intellectuals, writers, journalists, officers from Jammu and Kashmir Police and CRPF participated.
On the sidelines of the seminar, Chairman NSHW, Shahid Rashid, said that during 22 years of protracted turmoil law become the casualty and it seems Jammu and Kashmir has become a lawless state. The main aim in organizing the seminar is to spread awareness the people about the importance of the Law.
Rashid maintained that Law Guards us and lets Guard Law. Various speakers express their views and gave valuable suggestions to the Central government, J&K Government as well for the prevention of laws.
Speakers who spoke in the seminar include DIG South Kashmir, Shafkat Watalie, Chairperson Muslim Khawateen Markiz, Zamrooda Habib, PRO CRPF Prabhakar Triphati, Qasim Sajad, Zahid Muktar, Maqbool V Ray and Manzoor Ganie.
