| Refusing to marry at 17, girl jumps into Chenab | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 07: A girl, who was being forced by family to get married at the age of 17 against her wishes, today ended her life by jumping into Chenab river at Arnas in Reasi.Police sources identified her as Babli Devi of Sawlakote, Arnas.Though family had not informed police about the incident, a police team had been despatched to the area to find out the truth.
