| KBA president released, re-arrested | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 7: Police arrested Kashmir Bar Association (KBA) president Mian Abdul Qayoom soon after his release from the Kot-Bhalwal jail here on Thursday.
Police sources said Qayoom was imprisoned in Kot-Bhalwal jail under Public Safety Act (PSA) which was quashed by the court.He was today released by the jail authorities but was arrested as
soon as he stepped out from the central jail, the sources added. He was lodged in the Janipur police station where a case stood registered against him under sections 121 and 121-A of RPC for
raising anti-India slogans.
