| Work together with dedication, coordination to increase flow of tourists : Div Com | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Apr 8 : Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, Dr. Pawan Kotwal who is also chairman of Shri Shiv Khori Shrine Board today discussed various issues pertaining to development of Shiv Khori Shrine in a meeting of senior officers and members of Shrine Board.
MLA Reasi Mr. Baldev Raj Sharma was also present in the meeting as a special invitee.
During the meet threadbare discussions were held on various issues like year wise yatra of Shri Shiv Khori Shrine, Income of last financial year, Expenditure for the year 2010-11, work completed in year 2010-11, State Government Departmental proposed works in Shrine Board area, proposed developmental plan for coming year. Position/strength of employees in SSKSB besides construction of Sulabh toilet on modern lines around the shrine.
Div Com said that there is huge potential to develop tourism sector especially through religious shrine in the State which help to boost the economy of the State as well as ease unemployment. He said that we should work together with dedication and coordination so that the tourists flow in Shiv Khori Shrine would increase in good number.
The District Development Commissioner, Reasi Mr. P.K. Pole, CEO SMVDSB Mr. M. K. Bhandari, Director Floriculture Mr. K. K. Sharma, Members Mr. S. M. Sahni, Mr. M. L. Sharma, Mr. Bupinder Singh Bar President, Mrs. Seema, Swami Raj, Member Secretary AC (R) Reasi Mr. Sukhdev Singh Executive Officer, SSKSB, besides senior officers of administration were present in the meeting.
