| B.S.P Condemn atrocities on Dalits | | |
JAMMU | NOV 15 Bahujan Samaj Party in a meeting held under the chairmanship of Tulsi Dass Langeh State Vice President, took serious note over the increasing atrocities being committed upon the Dalits in the country. The party in a resolution has strongly condemned the killings of four members of Dalits community in Bhandara of Maharashtra. Langeh said it is a matter of serious concern that after 59 years of Independence, the micro minority ruling class in shape of congress, BJP, and other communal forces instead of eradicating the Caste system has encouraged and strengthened the system based on caste/ Varan-Vyvstha just to keep the political power in their hands, so that they could have monopoly over the entire system of the country. The in another resolution the Party also strongly condemned the Maharashtra police firing and lathi-charge over the peaceful protestors of Dalits organizations against the killing of Dalits Bhandara at Amaravati in Maharashtra, who were staging peaceful demonstration demanding arrests/Punishment of Culpruts of Bhandara episode. B.S.P leader appealed the people to unity and fight for their rights under the banner of Bahujan Samaj Party (B.S.P) and strengthened the hands of Behen Kum. Mayawati National President B.S.P. Other who spoke on this occasion were Raj Kumar Raja, State general secretary, Chaman Lal Bhagat Corporator Distt. President, P.C. Dansalia, member state executive committee, Bansi Lal and Parshotam Thappa Distt. secretaries.
