| Bhim, three other Indian Scholars Participations | | | Jammu Nov 15 Two days International Conference on South Asia, Central Asia vis-a-vis the new changing trends on the relationship between USA and China and India and Pakistan concluded in Shangai. Out of 22 participants from India, China, USA, four Indian thinkers participated, Dr. R.R. Sharma of Jawahar Lal University and Prof. Bhim Singh, Chairman of the National Panthers Party took active part in the delegation. General M.A. Khan and Prof. Fazlu Rehman from Pakistan and senior representatives of Chinese universities and the institute participated. Prof. Bhim Singh participated in all the four sessions. He welcomed the positive change in the thinking of Government of Pakistan by ignoring the Kashmir mantra which they had been reciting for 50 years. He said that Pakistan and China have realized the threat posed by terrorism to the security of their own countries which is a healthy trend in the new combination and permutation in their policy-making to settle all issues bilaterally with India. He said that China, India and Pakistan should create a nucleus to protest their internal security with mutual confidence to resolve all bilateral issues between themselves. Prof. Bhim Singh expressed doubt about sincerity of USA towards China, India and Pakistan. He said that apprehension expresses by Chinese scholar in the conference that USA is trying to project India, as a global power in Asia is not true. He said China and India can grow in the global scenario with cooperation from Central and entire South-Asian regions. Bhim Singh expressed doubts about American sincerity to the trio namely; China, India and Pakistan.
