| Nav Durga Kala Manch performs ‘Kaash’ | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Apr 9: Nav Durga Kala Manch presented a most touching storyline of a play entitled ‘Kaash’ in its Friday series.
The play written and directed by Aaditya Bhanu highlighted a very strong and emotional chord of a love angle that becomes a subject of a debate between the two participating actors who enact the subject to its perfection .
The play was a love theme between two estranged lovers who unable to cope up with the relations turning difficult between them end up with one of them embracing suicide through the other’s hands without the knowledge of the former.
Aman Shah and Komal Kalyan who enacted the respective roles of two lovers brought out the essence of the drama in a clinical way that had a telling effect upon the audience also.
Nav Durga Kala Manch of late has embarked upon the theatre series on fortnightly basis to disseminate message among the people through their theatrical ventures that is fast catching up with the audience of the people .
The set was designed by Ritu Manhas whereas the music was rendered by Yogesh.
Lights were taken care of by Sandeep Mehra. The play was assisted by Dilshad Shazi.
Important theatre luminaries of the region including Vikram Sharma, Himanshu Darshan, Kumar A Bharti and T S Premee were present on the occasion.
