| PDP condemns killing of Moulana Showkat | | | Early Times Report
SRINAGAR, April 9: Peoples Democratic Party General secretary Mohammed Dilawar Mir and MLA Chadoora Javaid Mustafa Mir has strongly condemned the killing of noted religious leader and president of Jamiat Ahli Hadees Moulana Showkat Hussain Shah Sahib in an IED blast yesterday.
Expressing grief and sorrow over the attack on the religious leader which apart from taking away his life also resulted in death and injury to many Mohammed Dilawar Mir said such inhuman act is antithesis of both religion and politics.
Later a condolence meet was held in srinagar today headed by District President Mohammed Ashraf Mir and Secretary Coordination Ab Hameed Kosheen.
