| Conditional bail to three in fake gun licence scam | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Apr 09: Special judge anti-corruption A K Koul has granted conditional bail to three persons involved in the fake gun licence scam.
They included Khem Raj Raina, son of Madan Lal of Lamberi, Parshtom Singh, son of Mohan Lal of Kotranka, and Tanvir Ahmed, son of Ghulam Mohammad of Thannamandi.
The court directed them to furnish personal recognizance in the amount of Rs 50,000 each and a surety each of the like amount and further directed that breach of any condition imposed by the court would entail the petitioners to cancellation of bail.
