| After wife's death, man too dies in hospital | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU : After jumping from the rooftop of their rented house at Mastgarh here Friday in a suicide pact, while the woman died yesterday, the man succumbed to his wounds this morning. Janu and his wife Sunita had jumped from the rooftop of their rented house at Mastgarh Friday.
While Sunita died soon after the incident, her husband succumbed to his injures at the GMC hospital today.After post-mortem, the bodies were handed over to their families for last rites. Police had registered a case in this connection.Police sources said Sunita, who was already married and had left her in-laws, had married Janu and both were living in a rented house at Mastgarh for the past some time.Their poor and miserable condition was stated to be the reason behind the provocation. |
