JK pavilion emerges centre of attraction at IITF fair

New Delhi, Nov 15
Jammu and Kashmir pavilion in IITF fair at New Delhi has become centre of attraction with thousands of visitors evincing keen interest in Kashmir handicrafts and other products displayed in well decorated 23 stalls set-up in the pavilion.Focused on showcasing handicrafts, handlooms and other allied artifacts of India, IITF gala event was inaugurated by Union Minister for External Affairs Mr. Pranab Mukherjee on Tuesday at New Delhi.
The eye catching stalls depicting tourist destinations, handicraft products including world famous pashmina and raffal shawls, hook and needle embroidered shawls, paper machie products, wooden artifacts, silk saries, willow bats, pampori saffron, fruits and fruit products have been put on display in the Kashmiri pavilion.
Banquet resorts with conferencing facilities for national and international level events and state-of-art high tech business facilities on the magnificent banks of Dal Lake have been displayed.
