JAMMU, Apr 10: Five persons were today arrested by police at Bishnah near here along with a large quantity of illicit liquor which they had stored in a septic tank.
Police sources said during searches in an under construction house at Bishnah, cops recovered a large quantity of illicit liquor which was stored in a septic tank.
The liquor was destroyed on the spot, the sources informed.Five persons were arrested in this connection. They were identified as Rakesh Kumar alias Babu, son of Darshan Lal, Surinder Kumar alias Koda, son of Munshi Ram, Manohar Lal, son of Munshi Ram, Rakesh
Kumar, son of Monhar Lal, and Biru Ram, son of Chunni Lal, all residents of Nograh, Bishnah.
Police had registered a case against them.
