Sports meet of Bar Association of Jammu | Young Guns enter quarters of cricket | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, April 10: Outplaying Legal Regals by seven wickets, Young Guns today entered into the quarterfinals of the ongoing cricket tournament of advocates, organised by Bar Association of Jammu on University of Jammu (JU) grounds, here. Earlier, batting first, after winning the toss, Legal Regals made 78 runs for the loss of five wickets in allotted 10 overs. Rohit was top scorer with 28 runs. Later, chasing the target, Young Guns attained the goal making 81 runs losing three wickets in 9.4 overs. Mudassar made highest 28 runs while Chib contributed 19. Meanwhile, according to the organizers, the quarterfinals shall be played tomorrow, followed by the semi-finals and final at the same venue. It was also informed that an athletics meet would also be organised on April 12 on the JU tracks.
