| Panchayat election on April 13 at block Samba | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, MARCH 11-As per the orders of District Panchayat Election Officer (District Magistrate) Samba, the Panchayat Election in block Samba, in first phase, would be held on April 13, 2011.
Accordingly April 13, 2011 shall be a public holiday for all the government/private offices/institutions/establishment including the industrial units under Negotiable Instrument Act/ paid day, for working class to enable the electors to cast their votes and to ensure greater participation in the elections.
