Vote bank politics, major issue in J&K: Mohan Bhagwat | | | Early Times Report BHOPAL, April 11: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Sarsanghachalak Mohan Bhagwat has stated that Jammu and Kashmir continues to be a problem due to vote bank politics. Bhagwat, while addressing a seminar organised on the occasion of Dr Hedgewar birth centenary here last night, attributed the problems being faced by the world to degradation in culture bringing humanity to the brink of disaster. "Our country is grappling with the problem of identity, character and faith that needs to be addressed," he said, adding that India faced problems of disturbed borders, corruption and European culture that has remained despite after Independence. He said describing India as a 'Hindu Rashtra' was decried as saffronisation of the country where identity had become a crisis. Calling Pakistan-occupied Kashmir a part of India, Bhagwat said PoK residents keep visiting India.
