| Youth strongly vouch for Dogra certificate 'Misgivings will make it controversial' | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 12: Dogra certificate issue is a non-issue and the misgiving it raised by the section of the society would be settled by cabinet. This was stated by PCC chief Prof Saifudin Soz in a press conference. Even though some sections particularily in Kashmir valley are spreading rumor about Dogra Certificate.
