| PDP expresses concern on construction of Bridge | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Kalakote Apr 13: In a statement issued here today Surinder Bharati,Advocate Zonal President of the Peoples Democratic Part y(PDP) Zone Kalakote in Rajouri district has expressed grave concern over the construction of Bridge at a wrong place at Soulki (Kalakote) on hardly 1200 meters distance from another Bridge already constructed at Soulki, while neglecting the cry and voice of thousand of people for construction this Bridge at Koural (Bazi Morh)in Tehsil Kalakote.
It may be recalled that the Government last year laid the foundational stone of the Bridge at Soulki and following the protest of public in which they were demanding cancellation of this site and selection of site at Koural for the construction of Bridge which was also need of the public of the areas concerned besides pilgrims of Shrine of Nanga Bazi at Brevi (Kalakote) the department concerned stopped the work on this bridge and assured for re-consideration the site, but now again work has been started.
Surinder Bharati has alleged that this a motivated issue by the local MLA and announced that he will challenge this issue before the court of law.
