| Bandh conducts extensive tour of Charar-i-Sharief constituency | | | Jammu, Nov 16 Minister of State for R & B, Mechanical Engineering and Animal and Sheep Husbandry Mr. Mohammad Khalil Bandh visited various areas of Chariesharief constituency yesterday and took stock of on going works in the constituency. The Minister inspected Primary Health Centre, Rangar Chadroa which would be completed at an estimated cost of Rs.168 lakh, of which Rs.72 lakh have been incurred on the building so far. He also inspected the construction work on Kralyar Bridge. He was informed that work on scheme is nearing completion while work on Kralyar Bridge is in full swing. Interacting with the people during the tour, the Minister said that the coalition is committed to provide all basic amenities to the people of all the three regions of the state he adding that under NABARD several road project have been sanctioned for the constituency. He said that Rs. 7.37 crore would be expended on the road projects included Badepora- Alam court,Chadoora – Sureshyar road and Nagam Haporo-Nilnag roads at an estimated cost of Rs.7.37 crore. Enroute, several deputations met the Minister and apprised him about the problems confronting them. He assured them that their genuine problems would be mitigated in phased manner. Among others, Member legislative Council Mr. Ghulam Nabi lone Hanjoora and a team of officers accompanied the Minister during his tour. |
