One should not go into controversy regarding issuing Dogra certificate. If one get benefit out of this, other should try to seek mechanism to get benefit through other means. Jammu and Kashmir is one state and people should not get divided on one issue to other. The people of both the regions are mature enough that they won’t full in any trap. I hope peace for the whole of state.
