| India Post to launch "Mail Van" service in J&K | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 15: India Post is introducing Mail Van for Katra, the base camp of the Cave Shrine of Mata Vaishnodevi in Reasi district.
"India Post is introducing Mail Van for Katra and Mata Vaishnov Devi University linking Jammu from April 18 this year in order to speed up postal services in Jammu and Kashmir", Chief Postmaster General (CPG, John Samuel said today.
Samuel said under the Next Day Parcel Service, to be introduced on 18 April at Katra, parcels will be delivered on the next day in Delhi and in Punjab
