| Rahil new NSUI Billawar Tehsil President | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, April 15:
NSUI appointed Rahil Manhas as president of Billawar Tehsil unit of National Students Union of India (NSUI). His appointment has been made by state general secretary NSUI Arjun Singh Pathania in consultation with district President Parmjit Singh and state vice president Ajat Shatru Sharma.
Rahil is an old NSUI activist and was secretary Jammu University before this appointment.
The announcement was made when state general secretary NSUI Arjun Singh Pathania personally visited village Bhaddu and conducted a meeting of NSUI workers there. Addressing the workers, Pathania appealed to all the NSUI activists to form NSUI units in the area.
Rahil is further instructed to appoint rest of the Tehsil committee and block committees in the area. Others who spoke on the occasion include Sumit Kotwal, Sajjad Ahmed state secretary.
