| IGP Jammu promotes 105 HC’s as ASI’s | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, April, 15:
Inspector General of Police (IGP) Jammu Zone Dilbag Singh today issued promotion order in respect of 105 Head constables, promoting them to the rank of ASIs (Assistant Sub Inspectors) in the pay scale of Rs 5200-20200+ Grade Pay 2800.
The above said promotions were cleared by the departmental promotion committee constituted vide ZPHQ Jammu order endorsement No. ZPHQ/Pers/List-D/2011/3142-46 dated 5-2-2001 and the said HC’s were brought on promotion list vide ZPHQ Jammu OB No 31 of 2011 dated: 9-2-2011 subject to passing of pre-promotion course.
Now they have passed the said course successfully vide Director Sher-e-Kashmir Police Academy, Udhampur OB No 175 of 2001 dated: 5-4-2011.
